Refund Policy

Scope

This Policy covers paid Devbridge Core training seats and private cohorts booked through our studio. The website itself does not collect payment; refunds apply to invoices we issue offline.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the program start date and no proprietary workbook access has been issued. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Within 6 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the cohort.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 30 days after the original payment date or before the program ends, whichever is earlier, unless we cancelled the delivery.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full — cancellation ≥14 days before start; or cohort cancelled by Devbridge Core; or duplicate payment error.
• Partial (50%) — cancellation 13–7 days before start, subject to seat resale efforts.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue costs already incurred at your request, custom printing, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable. Digital materials released to your organisation after kickoff are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@devbridge-core.digital with your invoice number, participant names, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may be used for invoiced corporate payments; you are responsible for providing accurate account details.

Cancellation by Devbridge Core

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill transfers (not cash refunds) for documented medical or bereavement events. Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law remain unaffected where applicable.
